Step 1: Creating a New Quiz
Start a Quiz
Navigate to Sites > Quizzes.
Click Add Quiz.
Choose Start from Scratch or From templates.
Click Create.
Step 2: Adding Questions to Your Quiz
Add Question Elements
Click the + icon to open the Quiz Elements panel.
Drag a question type into the quiz canvas.
Supported question types include:
Single Choice
Multiple Choice
Yes / No
Short Answer
Long Answer
Number
Dropdowns
Step 3: Editing Question Content and Options
Modify Question Text and Options
Click a question to edit its label.
Add, rename, reorder, clone, or delete answer options.
Step 4: Assigning Scores to Answers
Each answer option can contribute to scoring.
Configure Scoring
Select a question.
Click an answer option.
Set:
Category (Overall Only or a specific category)
Score value
Scores roll up into overall or category-based results.
Step 5: Using Branching Logic (Jump To)
Branching allows answers to control quiz flow.
Enable Jump Logic
Select an answer option.
Toggle Jump to.
Choose the destination question or page.
This enables personalized and conditional quiz paths.
Step 6: Adding and Managing Pages
Quizzes can span multiple pages.
Page Controls
Click Add New Page to insert a page.
Use page settings to:
Rename the page
Reorder pages
Clone a page
Delete a page
Step 7: Element-Level Label Alignment
Each quiz element supports custom label alignment.
Available Alignments

To apply:
Select a quiz element.
Choose Label Alignment from the right panel.
Save changes.
Step 8: Styling and Layout Controls
Quiz layout is fully customizable.

Zero Vertical Padding Support
Quizzes support true zero padding for precise layouts.
Apply Zero Padding
Open the quiz builder.
Go to Styles > Layout > Padding.
Set top and bottom padding to 0.
Step 9: Editing the Result Page
Each quiz includes a customizable result page.
Open the Result Template
Scroll to the bottom of the quiz.
Click Edit Template.
Step 10: Configuring Score Tiers
Score tiers control result messaging and colors.
Configure Score Tiers
Click Configure Score Tiers.
Define tiers within a 0–100 range.
Set labels and colors.
Step 11: Dynamic Result Content
Result pages can display content based on score tiers.
Dynamic Content Settings
Enable Dynamic Content.
Choose score tier being edited.
Customize messaging per tier.
Step 12: Adding Calls to Action on Results
Result pages support CTAs such as:
Booking links
Subscriptions
Program enrollment
CTA buttons can be styled and linked.
Step 13: Previewing and Publishing the Quiz
Preview
Click Preview to test quiz flow and results.
Share or Embed
Click Integrate.
Copy the embed code or direct link.
Common Issues and Fixes
Scores are not calculating
Ensure each answer has a score assigned.
Verify category selection is correct.
Branching does not work
Confirm Jump to is enabled on the answer.
Ensure destination question exists.
Result page shows incorrect content
Verify score tier ranges do not overlap.
Check Dynamic Content is enabled.
