What Are Group Hashtags
Group Hashtags are saved collections of hashtags that can be applied to a social post with one click.
When applied:
Hashtags are appended to the post content.
You can randomize hashtag selection per post.
You can reuse the same group across multiple posts.
Step 1: Open the Social Planner
Go to Marketing.
Select Social Planner.
Step 2: Create a New Social Post
Click + New Post.
Select Create New Post.

Step 3: Open the Group Hashtag Tool
In the post editor, locate the formatting toolbar.
Click the # (Hashtag) icon.
Step 4: Create and Save a Group Hashtag
In the Saved Hashtags modal:
Enter a Name for the hashtag group.
Add one or more hashtags.
(Optional) Set how many hashtags should be randomized per post.
Click Save and Apply.
Step 5: Apply a Saved Group Hashtag to a Post
When creating a new post, open the # (Hashtag) icon.
Select an existing saved hashtag group.
The hashtags are automatically appended to the post content.
Hashtag Limits
Maximum hashtags per post: 30.
If the post character limit is reached, hashtags may not append correctly.
