Use the built-in Image Editor in the Social Media Planner to crop, adjust, and enhance images before publishing posts.

Where to Find the Image Editor

The Image Editor is accessed from within the Social Media Planner while creating or editing a post.

Steps

  1. Go to Marketing.

  2. Open Social Planner.

  3. Click New Post.

Result
You are taken to the New Social Post composer.

Upload an Image to Edit

Steps

  1. Select the social profile(s) to post to.

  2. Upload one or more images.

  3. Hover over an uploaded image.

  4. Click Edit.

Result
The Image Editor opens in a modal window.

Crop and Resize Images

Use cropping tools to match social platform requirements.

Available Options

  • Custom crop

  • Square (1:1)

  • Landscape (1.91:1)

  • Portrait (4:5)

  • Story (9:16)

Steps

  1. Open the Crop tool.

  2. Select a preset or drag handles manually.

  3. Adjust the image frame.

  4. Click Save.

Apply Filters to Images

Filters change the overall visual style of the image.

Available Filter Categories

  • Duotone

  • Black & White

  • Vintage

  • Cold

  • Warm

Steps

  1. Open the Filters tool.

  2. Select a filter category.

  3. Preview the effect.

  4. Save changes.

Adjust Image Settings

Fine-tune image quality using manual controls.

Adjustable Settings

  • Brightness

  • Contrast

  • Saturation

  • Blur

Steps

  1. Open Adjustments.

  2. Move sliders to refine the image.

  3. Preview changes in real time.

  4. Save when complete.

Save or Reset Changes

  • Cancel – exits without saving

Editing Scheduled or Draft Posts

Images can be edited even after scheduling.

Steps

  1. Open a draft or scheduled post.

  2. Hover over the image.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Make changes and save.

Result
The updated image replaces the original and will be published as edited.

  • Ensure you click Save before closing the editor
