How to Connect Authorize.Net to Kyrios
Step 1: Open Payment Integrations
This page shows all available payment gateways you can connect to Kyrios.
Step 2: Add Your Authorize.Net Keys
To complete the integration, you must enter your Authorize.Net credentials.
You will need:

Step 3: Test the Integration
Before switching to live payments, test your connection using Authorize.Net test mode.

Step 4: Using Authorize.Net with Order Forms
After connecting Authorize.Net, new payment-related fields become available on order forms, including:

Step 5: Using Authorize.Net with Calendars
To accept payments on calendar bookings:
Go to Calendars.
Open Calendar Settings.
Edit an existing calendar or create a new one.
Enable Accept Payments under Forms & Payments.
Additional payment fields will appear once payments are enabled.
Note: For recurring payments, enable Recurring Meeting in the Availability sub-tab.
Using Authorize.Net with Multiple Gateways
You do not need to disconnect Stripe to use Authorize.Net.
You can:
Connect both Stripe and Authorize.Net at the same time.
Select one gateway as the Default Gateway.
The default gateway determines which processor is used for order form payments unless otherwise specified.

All payments processed through Authorize.Net are available under Payments β Transactions.
Where can I see subscriptions created using Authorize.Net?
All subscriptions created through order forms using Authorize.Net appear under Payments β Subscriptions.
How do I cancel a subscription created with Authorize.Net?
Subscriptions created using Authorize.Net can be canceled from the Subscriptions page using the Cancel Subscription action.
The cancel action is available only for subscriptions created through Authorize.Net.
Does Authorize.Net work with membership checkouts?
Yes. Authorize.Net can be used for membership checkouts in Kyrios.
Will customers see different fields when Authorize.Net is connected?
Yes. When Authorize.Net is connected, payment forms display additional fields such as amount, currency, description, and test/live mode selection.
Can I use Authorize.Net if I already use Stripe?
Yes. You can use both gateways at the same time. You must choose one as your Default Gateway to control which processor is used for order forms by default.
