Creating a Post in Social Planner
Go to Marketing from the left sidebar.
Select Social Planner.
Click + New Post.
Choose the social profile(s) under Post to.
Add your post content.
Viewing Best Time to Post
Click Schedule.
The Pick a date to Schedule Post modal opens.
Suggested time ranges appear under Best Time to Post.
Each suggestion is shown in your account’s timezone.
Scheduling with a Recommended Time
Select a suggested Best Time to Post.
The time field updates automatically.
Click Schedule Post to confirm.
You can also manually adjust the date or time if needed.
How Best Time to Post Works
Recommendations are based on engagement trends.
Suggestions appear as time ranges, not fixed timestamps.
Multiple recommended windows may be shown.
Common Issues and Fixes
Best Time to Post Does Not Appear
Ensure you clicked Schedule, not Post Now.
Confirm at least one social profile is selected.
Timezone Looks Incorrect
Best Time to Post uses the account timezone.
