Hyperlink Text Fields in Forms and Surveys

You can add clickable hyperlinks inside Text elements in Kyrios forms and surveys. This allows you to direct users to external resources such as privacy policies, terms of service, or supporting content directly from the form or survey.

Who This Is For / When to Use

Use hyperlink text fields when you need to:

  • Link to privacy policies or legal documents

  • Share additional resources without adding form fields

  • Improve clarity and trust during form or survey completion


Access Surveys

  1. Go to Sites from the left navigation.

  2. Click Surveys from the top navigation.

  3. Click Add Survey or open an existing survey and select Edit.


Add a Text Element

  1. In the survey editor, click the + icon.

  2. From Form Element, drag and drop Text onto the survey canvas.


Edit the Text Content

  1. Click the newly added Text element.

  2. Enter or highlight the text you want to make clickable.


Insert a Hyperlink

  1. With the text highlighted, click the Link icon in the text editor toolbar.

  2. The Embed Link modal opens.


Configure the Hyperlink

  1. Enter the destination URL.

  2. Confirm or edit the Text to display.

  3. Select the required Action.

  4. Click Save.


Preview the Hyperlink

  1. Save the survey.

  2. Click Preview to confirm the link is clickable and opens correctly.


Common Issues and Fixes

Link is not clickable in preview

  • Ensure the text is highlighted before adding the hyperlink

  • Confirm a valid URL is entered

Link opens the wrong page

  • Recheck the URL for formatting errors
