Who This Is For / When to Use
Use Enrollment History when you need to:
Confirm whether a contact entered a workflow
Identify delays caused by rate limits
Understand why a contact finished or exited a workflow
Visually trace the path a contact followed through workflow logic
What Enrollment History Shows
Enrollment History provides a contact-level view of workflow participation.
It focuses on:
Entry timing
Current or final status
Exit conditions
Contact path through workflow branches
It does not show step-by-step action execution or errors.
How to Access Enrollment History
Go to Automations.
Open Workflows.
Select a workflow.
Click the Enrollment History tab.
Enrollment Rate Limit Notification
If a high volume of contacts enters a workflow, enrollment may be temporarily delayed.
When this happens, a notification banner appears at the top of Enrollment History.
What This Means
Contacts are queued and processed in batches
Delays are temporary
No enrollments are lost
The banner remains visible until all delayed enrollments are processed.

FAQ
What is Enrollment History used for?
Enrollment History shows when contacts entered a workflow, their current or final state, and the path they followed through workflow logic.
Does Enrollment History show errors?
No. Errors appear in Execution Logs, not Enrollment History.
Why do I see a rate limit warning?
The workflow temporarily exceeded processing limits. Contacts are queued and will be enrolled automatically.
Can I track a contact’s exact workflow route?
Yes. Use See Contact Execution Path to highlight the route in the workflow builder.
How far back can I view enrollment data?
You can view up to 30 days using the custom date range filter.
Can I export Enrollment History?
Enrollment History is view-only. Use filters and pagination to narrow results for review.
