What Look Busy Does
The Look Busy feature limits how many booking slots are visible to a booker.
With slot randomization enabled:
Hidden slots change across different days of the week
Availability looks more natural and less predictable
Bookers see fewer slots, encouraging faster decisions
This feature affects only what the booker sees, not your actual availability.
How Slot Randomization Works
When Look Busy is enabled:
When a booker opens the booking widget, a randomized subset of available slots is shown
Refreshing the page without booking shows the same slots
After a booking is completed, the widget refreshes and displays a new randomized set of slots
This ensures consistency during selection while still varying availability over time.
Supported Calendar Types
Look Busy with slot randomization is supported for:
Event calendars
Round Robin calendars
Collective calendars
Service calendars
Not supported for:
Class bookings
Service menus
Enable Look Busy on a Calendar
Steps
Go to Calendars > Calendar Settings.
Select the calendar you want to edit.
Open the Availability tab.
Locate the Look Busy option.
Turn it on and set the percentage of slots to hide.
Click Save.

Only a portion of slots is shown
