View, track, and manage all documents and contracts associated with a contact directly from the contact record in Kyrios.

Who This Is For / When to Use

  • Accounts that send contracts or documents to contacts

  • Users who need to track sent, received, or internal documents

  • Teams that want to manage documents without leaving the contact record

Where Documents & Contracts Live in Kyrios

Documents and contracts are stored inside each contact record.

  • Each contact has a dedicated Documents section

  • Documents are automatically linked when:

    • The contact is a recipient

    • The contact is copied (CC)

    • The contact is associated with the document workflow

No separate navigation is required.

Open a Contact’s Documents & Contracts

Step 1: Go to Contacts

  • Navigate to Contacts from the left sidebar

  • Search for and select the contact you want to review

Step 2: Open the Contact Record

  • Click the contact name to open the full contact profile

  • Stay on the Contact tab

Step 3: Open the Documents Section

  • On the right-hand toolbar, click the Documents icon

Result:
A document panel opens showing all documents and contracts linked to this contact.

Understand Document Tabs & Statuses

All Tab

The All tab shows every document associated with the contact.

  • Includes:

    • Internal documents

    • Sent documents

    • Received documents

  • Displays document status (for example: Sent)

Sent Tab

The Sent tab shows only documents that were sent to this contact.

  • Used to track:

    • Contracts awaiting signature

    • Completed documents

    • Previously sent files

Actions You Can Take on Documents

For each document, you can:

  • Download the PDF

  • View the source document

  • Copy a shareable link (sent documents only)

These actions are available from the document’s action menu.

What Gets Automatically Linked

A document appears in a contact record when:

  • The contact is a primary recipient

  • The contact is a secondary recipient

  • The document is generated from a workflow involving the contact

No manual linking is required.

Common Issues and Fixes

A Document Is Missing

Cause: The contact was not a recipient or associated with the document.
Fix: Confirm the contact was included when the document was sent or generated.

I Can’t Copy a Link

Cause: The document is not marked as Sent.
Fix: Links are only available for sent documents.

I Only See Some Documents

Cause: You are viewing a filtered tab.
Fix: Switch back to the All tab to see everything.
