What Multiple Review Links Do

The Review Links component lets you:

  • Add multiple review platforms in one email.

  • Display each platform as a separate call-to-action.

  • Let customers choose their preferred review site.

Supported platforms depend on which review sources are connected to the account.

Where to Add Multiple Review Links

You can add review links from:

  • Marketing β†’ Emails β†’ Campaigns

  • Marketing β†’ Emails β†’ Templates

Create or edit an email, then add the Review Link element.

Adding the Review Links Component

  1. Open the email editor.

  2. Drag the Review Link element into the email body.

  3. Click the element to open Edit Review Link settings.

By default, all available review platforms are selected.

Selecting and Managing Review Platforms

Within Edit Review Link, you can:

  • Select or unselect review platforms.

  • Reorder platforms using drag-and-drop.

  • Remove platforms you do not want to include.

Only selected platforms appear in the email.

Customizing Button Text

Each review platform button can have custom text.

Examples:

  • Review us on Google

  • Leave a review on Facebook

  • Share feedback on Yelp

Custom text helps match tone and platform intent.

Selecting a Specific Google Business Profile Page

If multiple Google Business Profile pages are connected:

  • You can select a specific page per review link.

  • This ensures reviews go to the correct location.

This option appears when Google is selected as a platform.

Validation and Error Handling

The editor automatically validates:

  • Missing review links.

  • Invalid or incomplete platform connections.

Errors must be resolved before the email can be sent.

Common Issues and Fixes

Some platforms are missing

  • Confirm the platform is connected in Reputation settings.

  • Refresh the email editor after connecting new platforms.

Reviews go to the wrong Google page

  • Edit the Review Link element.

  • Select the correct Google Business Profile page.

Buttons not showing in preview

  • Ensure at least one platform is selected.

  • Check visibility settings for the Review Link element.
