Who This Is For / When to Use

This article is for account owners and team members who:

  • Manage Google Business Profile reviews at scale.

  • Want consistent, on-brand review replies.

  • Need automated or assisted responses based on review sentiment or rating.

Use Reviews AI Agents when manual review replies are time-consuming or inconsistent.

What Reviews AI Agents Do

Reviews AI Agents generate replies to incoming reviews based on:

  • Agent instructions (prompt).

  • Selected tone(s).

  • Review source and rating.

  • Detected or assigned language.

Agents can work in:

  • Off – No AI suggestions or responses.

  • Suggestive – AI drafts replies for manual approval.

  • Auto Responses – AI automatically publishes replies.

Accessing Reviews AI Settings

  1. Open your Kyrios account.

  2. Go to Reputation Management.

  3. Select Reviews AI from the left menu.

This page lists all existing Reviews AI Agents and global AI response settings.

Creating a New Reviews AI Agent

  1. Click Create Agent in the Reviews AI Agents section.

  2. Choose one of the following:

    • Start from scratch to fully customize the agent.

    • A pre-built starter template.

  3. Click Proceed.

Configuring Agent Details

Agent Name

Enter a clear, descriptive name. This name appears in the agent list and activity logs.

Agent Instructions

Provide clear instructions that define:

  • How replies should sound.

  • How to handle praise, complaints, or suggestions.

  • Length and structure of responses.

Example:

Generate professional, polite replies. Thank the reviewer and invite offline follow-up for issues.

Selecting Agent Tone

You can select up to two tones per agent.

Available tone options include:

  • Professional

  • Empathetic

  • Friendly

  • Playful

  • Grateful

  • Solution Oriented

  • Concise

Tone directly influences wording and structure of replies.

Selecting Language Behavior

Choose how the agent handles language:

  • Dynamic – Automatically replies in the detected language of the review.

  • Fixed – Always replies in a selected language.

If detection fails, the selected language is used as fallback.

Selecting Review Source

Assign the agent to one or more review sources.

Common use case:

  • Assign an agent to All Google pages.

  • Use different agents per brand or location if needed.

Selecting Review Type (Rating Rules)

Define which reviews this agent responds to:

  • All reviews

  • 4 stars or above

  • 3 stars or above

  • 2 stars or below

  • 1 star only

This allows different agents for positive vs negative reviews.

Previewing AI Responses

Before saving, you can generate a sample reply.

  1. Click Generate in the AI Agent Response Preview section.

  2. Review tone, length, and clarity.

This does not publish the response.

Saving and Managing Agents

After saving, agents appear in the Reviews AI Agents list.

Available actions:

  • Edit – Update instructions, tone, or rules.

  • Clone – Duplicate an agent for faster setup.

  • Disable – Temporarily stop usage.

  • Delete – Permanently remove the agent.

Common Issues and Fixes

AI is not replying to reviews

  • Ensure Reviews AI is set to Suggestive or Auto Responses.

  • Confirm the agent is assigned to the correct review source and rating range.

Responses sound generic

  • Add more specific instructions.

  • Reduce tone selection to one primary tone.

Wrong language replies

  • Switch language behavior to Fixed if needed.

  • Verify Dynamic language detection is enabled.

Can I use multiple Reviews AI Agents at once?

Yes. You can create multiple agents and assign them by rating, source, or language.

Does the AI mention the reviewer’s name?

Yes. If the reviewer name is publicly available, the AI typically starts replies with the reviewer’s name.

Can I preview responses before publishing?

Yes. Each agent includes a response preview generator before saving.

What happens if no agent matches a review?

No AI response is generated unless an agent’s rules match the review.

Is there a daily limit on AI responses?

Yes. You can generate up to 50 review responses within a 24-hour period.
