How Contact Label Customization Works
The Contacts object label can be renamed.
Both singular and plural labels are supported.
Labels appear exactly as entered, including capitalization.
This change affects display names only in the Kyrios interface and Email Builder.
Step-by-Step: Customize Contact Labels
Step 1: Open Objects in Settings
Go to Settings for your account.
Select Objects.
Step 2: Open the Contacts Object
In the Standard Objects list, click Contacts.
Step 3: Update Singular and Plural Labels
In the object settings, locate:
Custom Object (Singular)
Custom Object (Plural)
Enter your preferred labels (example: Client / Clients).
Save your changes.
