Products Section in Store Pages

The Products section lets you control which products are included or excluded from each store within your account.

What the Products Section Does

The Products section allows you to manage product availability on a per-store basis.

Using this feature, you can:

  • Include or exclude products from specific stores

  • Control which products appear when a new store is created

  • Update multiple products at once using bulk actions

  • Filter products by collections for faster management

Accessing the Products Section

  1. Go to Stores

  2. Open the store you want to manage

  3. Select the Products tab

You will see a list of all products and their current publishing status.

Including or Excluding a Single Product

Each product has an Include in Online Store toggle inside its settings.

To update a single product:

  1. Click a product from the Products list

  2. Locate Include in Online Store under Product Information

  3. Toggle ON to include the product

  4. Toggle OFF to exclude the product

  5. Click Save

Enabled

  • Product appears in the selected store

Disabled

  • Product is excluded from all store listings

Including or Excluding Products Using Bulk Actions

You can update multiple products at once.

To use bulk actions:

  1. Select one or more products using the checkboxes

  2. Click Bulk Action

  3. Choose:

    • Include in this store

    • Exclude from this store

Changes are applied immediately.

Understanding Product Tabs

The Products section includes three tabs:

  • All – All products in the account

  • Included – Products currently available in the store

  • Excluded – Products hidden from the store

These tabs update automatically as product visibility changes.

Filtering Products by Collection

You can filter products to manage visibility by collection.

To filter by collection:

  1. Click Filters

  2. Open Collections

  3. Select a collection from the list

Only products assigned to that collection will be shown.

How Product Visibility Works for New Stores

  • Products with Include in Online Store enabled are automatically added to newly created stores

  • Products with the toggle disabled are excluded by default

  • New products inherit visibility based on their toggle state

No manual setup is required after store creation.

Important Notes

  • Disabling Include in Online Store removes the product from all stores

  • Excluded products cannot be purchased from store pages

  • Product edits can be made directly from the Products list

  • All changes are saved automatically

Common Issues and Fixes

Product Not Appearing in Store

  • Verify Include in Online Store is enabled

  • Confirm the product is not listed under Excluded

  • Check collection filters if applied

Bulk Action Not Applying

  • Ensure at least one product is selected

  • Refresh the Products page after applying the action

How do I make a product available only in specific stores?

Disable Include in Online Store, then use bulk actions to include the product only in the stores you want.

Can I update multiple products at once?

Yes. Use Bulk Action to include or exclude multiple products simultaneously.

What happens when I create a new store?

All products with Include in Online Store enabled are automatically added.

Can I change product visibility later?

Yes. Product visibility can be updated at any time from the Products section.

Does excluding a product delete it?

No. Excluding a product only removes it from store listings. The product remains in your account.

Can I edit product details from the store view?

Yes. Clicking a product opens its settings for editing.
