What Is the Client Portal?
The Client Portal (MyPortal) is a secure, self-service interface where customers and affiliates can access information related to your business.
For affiliates, the Client Portal provides visibility into:
Affiliate links
Leads and customers
Commissions and payout status
Campaign performance
How Affiliates Get Access to the Client Portal
Step 1: Add Affiliate to an Active Campaign
As an account owner:
Go to Marketing → Affiliate Manager
Add the affiliate to an active campaign
Once added, the affiliate automatically receives an email invitation.
Step 2: Affiliate Receives Invitation Email
The invitation email includes:
Campaign confirmation
Affiliate tracking link
Client Portal login URL
Registered email address
Step 3: Affiliate Sign-Up
Affiliate clicks the link in the email
Completes the sign-up flow
Sets login credentials or uses a one-time password
If the email is not received:
Check spam or junk folders
Confirm the campaign is active
Verify the affiliate email address
Step 4: Affiliate Login
After sign-up, affiliates log in to the Client Portal using:
Email and password, or
One-time password (OTP)
How Affiliates Access the Affiliate Dashboard
After login:
Affiliates land on the Affiliate Dashboard by default
If the dashboard is not visible:
Click the 9-dot menu in the top-right corner

Affiliate Dashboard Overview
The Affiliate Dashboard shows high-level performance metrics, including:
Leads
Customers
Cancelled customers
Amount paid
Amount owed
Total revenue generated
Affiliates can also view:
Campaign-level affiliate links
Commission totals per campaign
Viewing Leads and Customers
Leads/Customers Screen
Affiliates can switch to the Leads/Customers tab to see:
Customer name and email
Plan or product purchased
Lead or customer status
Revenue generated
Commission earned
Join date
This helps affiliates understand which referrals converted and which did not.
Viewing Commissions and Payout Status
Commissions Screen
On the Commissions tab, affiliates can view:
Individual commission entries
Commission amount and percentage
Commission status (Pending, Denied, Approved)
Purchase date
Expected payout date
Important
Commission amounts shown are calculated values
Actual payouts are managed manually by the account owner
Refunds or payout delays may affect cash flow timing

Where can affiliates see their performance statistics?
Affiliates can view performance metrics on the Dashboard screen in the Client Portal.
Where can affiliates see commission and payout details?

Can affiliates see individual leads and customers?
Yes. Lead and customer details are available on the Leads/Customers tab.
What happens if an affiliate is part of an inactive campaign?
They can still view stats, but their affiliate link is disabled until the campaign is active.
Can affiliates see why a customer canceled?
No. The Client Portal shows canceled counts but not cancellation reasons.
How often are affiliate stats updated?
Affiliate stats update in near real time based on recorded activity.
