How the Affiliate Manager Works

Once a campaign is published:

  • Each affiliate receives a unique affiliate link by email.

  • Affiliates share their link with their audience.

  • When a customer signs up through an affiliate link, commissions are tracked automatically.

Payout Tracking Flow

  • On the 1st of each month, commissions appear under Payout → Pending.

  • The account owner reviews payouts and chooses to approve or deny them.

  • Approved payouts are exported as a CSV file.

  • Payments are made manually via your payment gateway using the CSV.

  • After payment, the payout status must be marked as Paid in Affiliate Manager to keep reporting accurate.

Limitations to Be Aware Of

  • Affiliates do not have a self-serve affiliate dashboard.

  • Affiliates cannot log in to view stats, leads, or buyers.

  • Affiliates cannot download lead or buyer lists.

  • Existing recurring buyers cannot be retroactively tagged to imported affiliates.

FAQ

How does someone sign up as an affiliate on their own?

You can automate affiliate signups using an Affiliate Manager workflow. This allows affiliates to register without manual entry.

How do I find an affiliate’s link if the email was not received?

You can retrieve the link manually:

  1. Go to Affiliate Manager

  2. Open the affiliate profile

  3. Select the campaign from the campaign dropdown

  4. The affiliate link appears next to the campaign

You can also export affiliates to retrieve links in bulk.

How do affiliates view their stats?

Currently, affiliates do not have a dedicated affiliate portal.
A workaround is to add the affiliate as a user in your account.

Can affiliates download their leads or buyers?

No. Affiliates cannot perform actions or download data from Affiliate Manager at this time.

Can I tag existing recurring buyers to imported affiliates?

No. Tagging existing buyers to imported affiliates is not supported currently.

How is commission calculated when coupons are used?

If a coupon is applied at checkout, commission is calculated on the discounted revenue amount, not the original price.
