Kyrios supports NMI, Authorize.net, and Square for POS and mobile payments, allowing you to accept cards on file, manual card payments, and in-person Square reader payments directly from the mobile app.

Each provider integrates directly into the Kyrios mobile app for secure payment collection.

Connect a Payment Provider (Web)

You must connect a payment provider on the web before using mobile POS.

  1. Go to Payments → Integrations in Kyrios.

  2. Select NMI, Authorize.net, or Square.

  3. Connect your provider and set it as default if needed.


Start a POS Transaction (Mobile)

  1. Open the Kyrios mobile app.

  2. Navigate to Payments / POS.

  3. Create a new transaction.

  4. Add items or enter a custom amount.

  5. Link a contact (optional).

  6. Review the payment summary.


Review Payment Details

Before charging, confirm billing and totals.

  • Verify the Billed To contact.

  • Review item details and total amount.

  • Add discounts or payment schedules if needed.


Choose a Payment Instrument

From the review screen, tap Choose Payment Instrument.

Available options may include:

  • Square payments

  • Cash

  • Cards on file

  • Manual payment

  • Convert to estimate or invoice


Use Cards on File

If the contact has saved cards:

  1. Select Cards on file.

  2. Choose an existing saved card.

  3. Tap Charge to complete the payment.

If no cards exist, you’ll see an empty state.


Add a New Card (Save for Future Use)

To save a new card:

  1. Select Cards on fileNew card.

  2. Enter card number, expiry, and CVV.

  3. Enable Save this card for future transactions.

  4. Tap Add Card.


Manual Card Entry (No Reader)

When a reader is unavailable:

  1. Select Manual as the payment instrument.

  2. Choose Manual card entry.

  3. Enter card number, expiration date, CVV, and ZIP.

  4. Tap Charge to process the payment.


Square Payments with a Reader

Pair a Square Reader

If no reader is connected:

  1. Select Square payments.

  2. Open Square settings.

  3. Tap Pair a reader.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair the device.


Complete a Square Payment

Once paired:

  1. Review the transaction.

  2. Ask the customer to tap or insert their card.

  3. Confirm the payment.


NMI and Authorize.net Payments

For NMI or Authorize.net:

  1. Review the transaction.

  2. Choose Cards on file or New card.

  3. Confirm payment details.

  4. Tap Charge.


Important Notes

  • Only one payment provider can be active at a time.

  • Cards are stored securely and comply with PCI-DSS standards.

  • Square reader payments require compatible Square hardware.

  • Manual card entry may have limits depending on provider settings.
