Where to Create or Edit a Workflow
Go to Automations → Workflows
Click Create Workflow, or open an existing workflow from the list
How to Add the Product Started Trigger
Inside the workflow canvas, click Add New Trigger
Search for Product Started
Select Product Started under the Courses trigger group
