Who This Is For / When to Use
This update is for users who manage multiple QR Codes and want to organize, download, rename, or share them without opening individual QR Code pages.
Bulk Actions on QR Codes
You can now select multiple QR Codes and perform actions at once from the list page.
Supported bulk actions:
Move QR Codes to a folder
Delete multiple QR Codes
Download selected QR Codes
Bulk actions appear after selecting one or more QR Codes.

QR Codes can be selected individually or all at once.
Selection options:
Use the checkbox on each QR Code card
Use Select All to select all visible QR Codes
Selected items are shown in the bulk action bar
Bulk Download Behavior
When downloading multiple QR Codes, downloads are optimized for performance.
How bulk downloads work:
Selected QR Codes are bundled into a ZIP file
ZIP creation happens asynchronously in the background
The download starts automatically once the ZIP is ready
If a QR Code does not support the requested format:
Available formats are displayed
You can choose an alternative format before downloading
Renaming a QR Code from the List Page
QR Codes can be renamed directly from the list view without navigating away.
How renaming works:
Open the QR Code actions menu
Select Rename
Enter a new name and save
The updated name appears immediately in the list.
Copying a QR Code Link
Each QR Code includes a Copy Link shortcut directly on the list page.
What Copy Link does:
Copies the QR Code URL to your clipboard
Allows quick sharing without opening the QR Code
Does not modify or regenerate the QR Code
Notes and Limitations
Bulk actions are available only on the QR Codes List Page
Bulk downloads are delivered as ZIP files
Rename and Copy Link actions are designed to reduce navigation and save time
FAQ
Can I download multiple QR Codes at once?
Yes. Select multiple QR Codes and choose Download from the bulk action bar.
What happens if a QR Code format is unavailable during download?
You will be prompted to select from the available formats before the download completes.
Can I rename a QR Code inside a folder?
Yes. Inline renaming works for QR Codes both inside and outside folders.
Does copying a QR Code link change the QR Code?
No. Copy Link only copies the existing QR Code URL.
