Use this if you are an administrator or have full access and want all users to land on a consistent, priority dashboard when viewing Dashboards.
What Is a Default Dashboard
A Default Dashboard is the dashboard that loads automatically for all users when they open the Dashboards section. It standardizes visibility of key metrics and ensures teams start with the same data.
How to Set a Default Dashboard
Step 1: Open the Dashboards section
Navigate to Dashboards from the main navigation.
Step 2: Open the dashboard you want to set as default
Click the dashboard name to open it.
Step 3: Open dashboard options
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Step 4: Set as default
Click Set as default dashboard from the menu.
Step 5: Confirm the change
Review the confirmation message and click Confirm.
Once confirmed, this dashboard becomes the default for all users.
What Happens After Setting a Default
The selected dashboard opens first for all users when they access Dashboards.
The previous default dashboard is automatically replaced.
Users can still manually switch to other dashboards.
