Who This Is For / When to Use
Use dashboard permissions when you need to share insights with specific roles, allow collaboration on dashboards, restrict sensitive data, or keep dashboards private.
What Dashboard Permissions Control
Dashboard permissions define:
Who can view dashboard data
Who can edit widgets and layouts
Who can manage permissions
Who can delete or set dashboards as default
Whether a dashboard is private or shared
Permissions are applied at the dashboard level and override general visibility.

Check if the dashboard is set to Private.
