How to Reset Your Kyrios Password

Reset your Kyrios password either from My Profile (self-service) or from My Staff (admin-managed), depending on your permissions.

Who This Is For / When to Use

This is for any Kyrios user who needs to:

  • Reset a forgotten password

  • Change an existing password

  • Understand where password reset options appear based on role and permissions


Before You Start

Where you reset your password depends on whether you can see My Staff in Settings:

  • No My Staff access → use Settings > My Profile

  • Has My Staff access → use Settings > My Staff


Option 1: Reset Password from My Profile (Most Users)

Use this option if you do not see My Staff in your Settings menu.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select My Profile.

  3. Locate the Change Password section.

  4. Enter your current password.

  5. Enter a new password.

  6. Confirm the new password.

  7. Click Update Password to save.


Password Requirements

Your new password must:

  • Be more than 8 characters

  • Include uppercase letters

  • Include lowercase letters

  • Include numbers

  • Include special characters


Option 2: Reset Password from My Staff (Admins or Managed Users)

Use this option if you have access to My Staff.

Step 1: Open Team Management

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select My Staff.

  3. Open Team Management.


Step 2: Edit the User

  1. Locate the correct user.

  2. Click the Edit (pencil) icon.


Step 3: Open User Info

Select User Info from the left menu.


Step 4: Send Password Reset

  1. Click Forgot Password.

  2. Check the user’s email inbox.

  3. Open the reset link and set a new password.

  4. Save changes.


Common Issues and Fixes

I don’t see “My Staff” in Settings

  • You do not have admin or user-management permissions.

  • Use Settings > My Profile instead.

I didn’t receive the reset email

  • Check spam or junk folders.

  • Confirm the email address is correct in User Info.

  • Retry Forgot Password.

My new password is rejected

  • Ensure it meets all password requirements.

  • Avoid reused or previously compromised passwords.
