Who This Is For / When to Use
Use this guide if you want to:
Create a new membership course or category
Edit or reorganize existing categories or lessons
Control publish status (Published, Draft, Drip)
Add audio-based lessons to membership courses
Step 1: Access Membership Products
Navigate to Memberships > Courses.
From the dropdown, select Products.
Click Create New to build a new product, or select an existing product to edit.
Step 2: Create a New Course (Category)
Click Create New.
Choose Start from Scratch or select a template.
Available templates:
Sprint Course
Marathon Course
Membership
Build-Your-Own
Step 3: Enter Course Details
Enter a Course Title.
Enter a Course Description explaining what members will learn.
Click Upload Thumbnail if you want to add a visual identity.
Step 4: Upload a Course Thumbnail
Click Upload Thumbnail.
Upload an image or drag and drop a file.
Recommended dimensions are shown in the uploader.
Step 5: Configure Pricing and Create the Course
Select a pricing type:
Free
One-Time
Recurring
Configure billing options if applicable.
Click Create Course to finish setup.
Step 6: Manage Course Categories and Lessons
Open the course you created.
Use the Outline view to see modules and lessons.
Click Add Content to add lessons.
Use drag-and-drop to reorder lessons or modules.
Step 7: Set Lesson or Category Status
Each lesson or category can be set to one of the following states:
Published β Visible to members
Draft β Hidden from members
Drip β Released on a schedule
Change status from the dropdown on the right side of the lesson or module.
Step 8: Add Audio Lessons to a Course
Kyrios allows audio-based lessons inside membership courses.
Open a lesson.
Upload an audio file in the Lesson Media section.
Supported audio formats:
MP3
AAC
WAV
Audio lessons automatically support:
Desktop playback
Mobile playback
Adjustable playback speed
Step 9: Lesson Thumbnails and Resources
Lesson thumbnails are used as audio thumbnails.
You can upload downloadable resources (PDFs, files) inside each lesson.
Member Experience Preview
Members will see audio lessons with a built-in audio player and navigation between lessons.
Common Issues and Fixes
Course is not visible to members
Ensure the course and its lessons are set to Published, not Draft or Drip.
Audio does not play
Confirm the file is MP3, AAC, or WAV and was fully uploaded before saving.
Lessons appear out of order
Reorder lessons using drag-and-drop in the course Outline view.
