Use this guide if you want to:
Add written or media content inside a membership

Where Membership Posts Live
Membership posts are created inside a membership product, under a specific category.
Posts are what members see when accessing course or membership content.
Step 1: Navigate to Membership Products
Go to Memberships in the left-hand menu.
Click Products.
Select All Products.
Click into the membership product you want to manage.
Result: You will see the list of categories and posts associated with that product.
Step 2: Create or Edit a Post from a Category
Edit an Existing Placeholder Post
Locate the category where you want to add content.
Find the blank post placeholder.
Click the Edit icon next to the placeholder.
Step 3: Customize the Post Content
In the post editor window, you can:
Enter a Post Title
Add Body Text
Upload Attachments
Add a Thumbnail Image
Each field controls how the post appears to members inside the membership.
Step 4: Save the Post
Click Save to confirm your changes.
Result: The post is immediately available inside the category for members with access.
Step 5: Add Additional Posts to a Category
Once a category already contains posts:
Click the plus (+) icon next to the category name.
Select Add Post from the dropdown.
Click Edit on the new post.
Customize the content as needed.
Click Save.
Repeat this process to build out your membership content structure.
Common Issues and Fixes
I don’t see the option to add a post
Make sure you are inside a membership product, not a payment product.
Ensure you are viewing a category, not the product overview.
My post is not visible to members
Confirm the member has access to the product or offer that includes the category.
Check that the post was saved successfully.

Can I edit a post after it’s published?
Yes. You can click Edit on any existing post to update the title, content, attachments, or thumbnail.
Can I add multiple posts to the same category?
Yes. Categories can contain unlimited posts, and posts can be added at any time.
Are attachments supported in posts?
Yes. You can upload attachments directly inside the post editor for members to view or download.
Do posts automatically become visible to members?
Yes. Once saved, posts are visible to any member who has access to the membership product that contains the category.
