Company Billing Overview

The Billing Dashboard in Kyrios allows you to manage subscriptions, payment methods, billing details, invoices, and wallet balances from one centralized location.

Who This Is For / When to Use

Use this guide if you are responsible for managing payments, subscriptions, invoices, or wallet balances for your account and need visibility into billing activity or need to update payment details.


Access the Billing Dashboard

Steps

  1. Go to Settings (bottom-left).

  2. Open Billing.

This opens the Billing Dashboard, which includes:

  • Subscriptions

  • Payments

  • Wallet & Transactions


Manage Subscriptions

Subscriptions include SaaS plans, reselling products, and marketplace apps.

Steps

  1. Open the Subscriptions tab.

  2. Review active subscriptions.

  3. Modify or cancel plans as needed.


Manage Payment Methods

You can add, remove, or set a primary payment card.

Steps

  1. Open the Payments tab.

  2. In Payment Method, click the edit (pencil) icon.

  3. In the modal:

    • Add a new card

    • Remove an existing card

    • Set a card as Primary


Update Billing Information

Billing information is used for invoices and compliance.

Steps

  1. In the Payments tab, locate Billing Information.

  2. Click the edit (pencil) icon.

  3. Update:

    • Full name

    • Country or region

    • Billing address

  4. Click Save.


Review Payment History and Invoices

You can review charges and download invoices for recordkeeping.

Steps

  1. In the Payments tab, scroll to Payments History.

  2. Toggle between:

    • Invoices

    • Charges

  3. Click an invoice ID to view or download it.


Monitor Wallet Balance

The wallet is used for usage-based services and add-ons.

Steps

  1. Open the Wallet & Transactions tab.

  2. View your current wallet balance.

  3. Click Details to expand wallet information.


Add Funds or Enable Auto-Recharge

To prevent service interruptions, you can manually add funds or enable auto-recharge.

Add Balance

  1. Click Add Balance.

  2. Enter the amount.

  3. Confirm payment.

Enable Auto-Recharge

  1. Toggle Auto recharge.

  2. Set:

    • Recharge amount

    • Balance threshold

  3. Save changes.


Review Wallet Transactions

Wallet usage is summarized monthly and by category.

Steps

  1. In Wallet & Transactions, scroll to Wallet Transactions.

  2. Choose:

    • Summary for monthly totals

    • Detailed Transactions for line-by-line usage

  3. Use the refresh icon to sync the latest data.


Common Issues and Fixes

Payments are failing

Ensure:

  • A valid primary payment method is set

  • Billing address details are complete and accurate

Wallet balance reached zero

Enable Auto Recharge or manually add funds to restore services.

How do I add a new payment method?

Go to Payments > Payment Method, click the edit icon, and select Add New Card.

Can I manage multiple subscriptions?

Yes. All SaaS, reselling, and marketplace subscriptions are managed under Subscriptions.

How do I update my billing address?

Go to Payments > Billing Information, click Edit, update your details, and save.

Where can I find past invoices?

Invoices are available under Payments > Payments History > Invoices.

How do I add funds to my wallet?

Go to Wallet & Transactions, click Add Balance, and complete the payment.

Can I automate wallet recharges?

Yes. Enable Auto Recharge in the wallet section and define the recharge rules.
