Who This Is For / When to Use
Use this guide if you are a community Owner or Admin and want to add new members to a community group.
Ways to Invite Members
Kyrios supports two invitation methods:
Invite via email
Invite via shareable group link
Both options are available from the Members tab inside a community group.
Invite Members via Email
Step 1: Open Your Community Group
Go to Memberships → Communities
Select Groups from the dropdown
Click Login on the community group you want to manage

Step 2: Open the Members Tab
Inside the group, click the Members tab at the top.
This tab is used to manage all members and invitations.

Step 3: Click Invite Members
In the group sidebar, click Invite Members.

Step 4: Enter Invite Details
In the Invite Member modal:
Enter the member’s Name
Enter the member’s Email
(Optional) Toggle Give Administrative Privileges if the user should be an admin

Step 5: Send the Invitation
Click Send Invite to email the invitation.
Invite Members via Shareable Link
Step 1: Open the Invite Member Modal
From the Members tab, click Invite Members.
Step 2: Copy the Group Link
At the top of the modal, click Copy next to Share your group link.

Step 3: Share the Link
Share the copied link via:
Email
Messaging apps
Social media
Any external communication channel
What Invited Members Experience
If the Invitee Is a New User
They click Accept Invite
They are prompted to create an account
After signup, they are redirected to the group
If the Invitee Already Has an Account
They click Accept Invite
They are logged in automatically
They are redirected to the community group
Important:
Invite links expire after 30 days.
Private Groups and Approval
For private groups:
Invite links do not bypass approval
Admin approval is still required before access is granted
Common Questions
Who can invite members?
Only Owners and Admins can send invitations.
Can I invite multiple people?
Yes. You can send invitations one at a time by entering multiple email addresses sequentially.
Can I revoke an invitation?
No. Invitations cannot be revoked once sent. Ask the invitee to ignore the email if needed.
What happens if the invite expires?
The invite link expires after 30 days. You must send a new invitation.
Can I customize the invitation email?
No. Invitation emails are system-generated and cannot be customized.
Can I grant admin access later?
Yes. You can update member roles after the invitation is accepted.
