Important to Know Before Pausing
AI Ads campaigns cannot be deleted
Pausing a campaign immediately stops delivery
Paused campaigns can be resumed later
How to Pause an Ad Campaign
Step 1: Open the Ads Dashboard
Click the Rocket icon to open the Advertise section
Step 2: Select the Campaign
Click on the campaign you want to pause
Step 3: Pause the Campaign
Click Pause Launch at the bottom of the screen
What Happens After You Pause a Campaign
The campaign stops running immediately
The campaign appears greyed out at the bottom of the Advertise page
No ads will be delivered while paused
How to Confirm a Campaign Is Paused
A paused campaign will:
Be visually greyed out
Remain listed under the Rocket (Advertise) section
Show no active delivery
Common Issues and Fixes
I Don’t See the Pause Button
Ensure you have opened the campaign itself
Confirm you have permission to manage ads
My Campaign Is Greyed Out
This is expected behavior
Greyed-out campaigns are paused, not deleted
I Want to Remove a Campaign Completely
