This feature is for agencies, franchises, and multi-location businesses that manage two or more physical locations and need bulk control, consistent branding, and unified performance tracking for online listings.
What Is an Entity in Listings
An Entity represents one physical business location (for example, a storefront, office, or branch). Each entity has:
Its own address and business hours
Location-specific attributes (services, categories, keywords)
Independent listing status (Incomplete, Submitted, Active)
Multiple entities can share common business details while still maintaining unique location data.
Creating Listings for Multiple Locations
Step-by-Step
Go to Reputation → Listings.
Click Create Entity.
Complete the listing form with location details:
Business name
Address
Business categories
Website URL
Business hours
Save the entity.
Result:
The entity appears instantly in the Listings dashboard.
Entities with missing required fields show a status of Incomplete Setup until finalized.
Viewing and Managing All Locations
Listings Overview Dashboard
The Listings dashboard displays all entities in one table with:
Entity name
Status (Incomplete Setup, Submitted, Active)
Categories
Address
Last updated date
Entity ID
From this view, you can:
Search for entities
Select one or more entities
Open individual entities for editing
Bulk Editing Multiple Listings
Bulk Edit allows you to update shared fields across multiple locations at once.

Bulk Edit Flow
Select two or more entities from the Listings table.
Click Edit.
Choose the attributes you want to edit.
Enter the updated values.
Click Preview and confirm edits.
Confirm changes.
Important:
Only selected fields are overwritten.
Location-specific data not selected remains unchanged.
Editing Business Details Across Locations
When bulk editing Business Details, Kyrios publishes the updated information to all supported Yext directories.

Business timing (hours of operation)
Use Copy to all when setting business hours to quickly apply the same schedule across every selected location.
Listings Analytics (Multi-Location)
The Analytics tab provides aggregated and per-entity insights.

Use Case: Compare performance across locations to identify top-performing or underperforming listings.
Listing Status Definitions
Incomplete Setup: Required fields are missing and the listing is not yet published.
Submitted: Listing data has been sent to Yext and is under review.
Active: Listing is live and synced across directories.
Common Issues and Fixes
Issue: Listing shows "Incomplete Setup"
Cause: Required fields were not completed.
Fix:
Open the entity.
Complete all required fields.
Save and resubmit.
Issue: Bulk edits overwrite unintended data
Cause: Extra fields were selected during bulk edit.
Fix: Carefully select only the fields you want to update before confirming edits.
