Cancel Online Listings
How to Cancel
Go to Listings.
Click Edit Listings Information (top-right).
Open the Manage Listings tab.
Click Cancel Online Listings (bottom-left).
Confirm location details and provide a reason.
A confirmation message appears once cancellation is complete.
If Cancellation Fails
An error message will appear
Submit a cancellation request to the support team
Eligibility requirement:
The Online Listings form must have been submitted at least 30 days prior.
Automated Cancellation (Optional)
Cancellation can be added to workflows for scale.
This option is only available if the 30-day requirement is met.

How can I track listing changes?
Use Entity History to view a detailed audit trail of all updates.
Why did the scan show errors before setup?
Old or incorrect data often exists online. The scan identifies this so it can be overwritten with accurate information.
Will this create duplicate Google Business Profiles?
No. You connect existing profiles. Online Listings locks them to prevent unauthorized edits.
