Step 1: Create an Online Listings Account

Access Listings

  1. Go to Reputation from the left menu.

  2. Click Listings at the top.

Run a Free Scan

  • Click Scan my business for FREE

  • Review errors, duplicates, and missing data

Important:
You must be subscribed to Online Listings to apply corrections.

Enter Business Information

Provide accurate details, including:

  • Business name

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Website

This data is distributed automatically across the network.

Complete Subscription

  1. Enter payment details.

  2. Review pricing.

  3. Click Confirm to activate Online Listings.

Post-Subscription Setup (Entities View)

Access Entities

After purchase, open the Entities view to manage locations.

Complete Setup

  1. Click Complete Setup at the top.

  2. Review entities marked Pending or Completed.

  3. Complete setup for each pending entity in any order.

Step 2: View and Manage Listing Data

Listings Status

  • Go to the Listings page

  • Initial status may show Processing or Unavailable

Listings typically go live within 48 hours.


Monitor Network Status

Scroll through directory networks to review:

  • Live status

  • Errors

  • Sync progress

Entity History and Audit Logs

All listing changes are tracked automatically.

Manage Listings and Integrations

Manage Individual Listings

  • Click Manage Listing next to an entity

  • You’ll be redirected to Online Listings

  • Use Copy Password for quick login

Connect Google and Facebook

From the Listings dashboard:

  • Click Connect

  • Link your Google Business Profile or Facebook page

  • Existing profiles are locked, not duplicated

Branding and Media Management

Upload Logos and Photos

  1. Select an entity.

  2. Go to Edit Listing Information > Media.

  3. Upload or edit logos and gallery images.

Address Visibility and Service Areas

Hide Business Address

Enable Hide Business Address to remove physical address display.

Add Service Areas

Define coverage using:

  • Cities

  • ZIP codes

  • Sub-localities

Cancel Online Listings

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Listings.

  2. Click Edit Listings Information (top-right).

  3. Open the Manage Listings tab.

  4. Click Cancel Online Listings (bottom-left).

  5. Confirm location details and provide a reason.

A confirmation message appears once cancellation is complete.

If Cancellation Fails

  • An error message will appear

  • Submit a cancellation request to the support team

Eligibility requirement:
The Online Listings form must have been submitted at least 30 days prior.

Automated Cancellation (Optional)

Cancellation can be added to workflows for scale.

This option is only available if the 30-day requirement is met.

Important Cancellation Notes

  • Listings are not removed after cancellation

  • Online Listings simply stops managing them

  • Existing SEO value remains intact

  • Minimum commitment is 30 days
