Use this article if you want to launch Spotify ad campaigns and need to connect your Spotify Ad Studio account to Kyrios for the first time.
Why You Must Connect Spotify Ad Studio
Spotify ad campaigns can only be created after a Spotify Ad Studio account is connected.
Without this connection, Kyrios cannot access your Spotify ad account or allow campaign creation.
How to Connect Your Spotify Ad Studio Account
You can connect Spotify directly from the Connect Platforms page in Kyrios.
Steps
Navigate to Connect Platforms.
Click Connect.
Select Spotify from the list of available platforms.
Enter your Spotify Ad Studio login credentials.
When prompted, select the correct Spotify Ad Account.
Click Done to complete the connection.
Once completed, your Spotify ad account is available for campaign setup.
What Happens After Connecting
After your Spotify account is connected:
Spotify appears as an available ad platform
You can create and launch Spotify ad campaigns
Kyrios can sync campaign data from Spotify
No additional configuration is required unless you manage multiple Spotify ad accounts.
Common Issues and Fixes
Spotify Account Does Not Appear
Cause: The Spotify login used does not have Ad Studio access.
Fix: Confirm the account has permission to access Spotify Ad Studio.
Unable to Select an Ad Account
Cause: Multiple Spotify ad accounts exist under the same login.
Fix: Choose the correct ad account during the selection step before clicking Done.
