Before You Add Google Fonts
Google Fonts may not render consistently in every inbox. Google Fonts may have limited support in:
Gmail on web, iPhone, Android, and browser versions
Outlook for Mac, iPhone, Android, and Outlook.com
Yahoo Mail
When a recipient’s email app does not support the selected Google Font, the email may display using a fallback font.
Open an Email Template
Go to Marketing.
Click Emails.
Open the Templates tab.
Select an existing template or click New to create one.
Add a Google Font from the Email Builder
Open the email template or campaign in the editor.
Click inside a text area.
Open the font dropdown in the toolbar.
Click the option to add fonts.
Select a Google Font
In the Add font modal, open the Select font to add dropdown.
Choose the Google Font you want to add.
Review the preview area to confirm the font selection.
Save the Google Font
Click Add font to save the selected font. After the font is added, it becomes available in the font selector for supported email builders.
Manage Google Fonts from Campaign Settings
You can also manage added fonts from the campaign settings area.
Go to Marketing.
Click Emails.
Open the Campaigns tab.
Click the Settings gear icon.
Add or Delete Fonts from Settings
From the settings page, you can:
Click Add font to add another Google Font.
Click Delete to remove an existing font.
Use this area when you want to manage fonts without opening a specific email template or campaign.
Common Issues and Fixes
Google Font Does Not Display in the Recipient’s Inbox
Some email apps do not fully support Google Fonts. Use a standard fallback font when consistent rendering is critical.
The Font Is Not Available in the Font Selector
Confirm that the font was saved by clicking Add font in the modal. Refresh the email builder if the font does not appear immediately.
The Add Font Button Is Disabled
Select a font from the dropdown before clicking Add font.
