How Multiple Popups Work
Each page can contain multiple popups. Each popup can have its own:
Name
Design
Content
Trigger
Priority order
Popup priority is controlled by the popup order in the sidebar. Popups higher in the list have higher priority when popups overlap or share similar trigger behavior.
Open Popup Settings
To manage popups, open the page in the Site Builder or Funnel Builder. Click the Popup Settings icon in the top navigation bar.
Create a New Popup
Use the popup sidebar to add a new popup to the current page.
Open Popup Settings.
Click + Create New Popup.
Give the popup a clear name.
Use descriptive names such as “Exit Offer,” “Booking Popup,” or “Newsletter Signup” so each popup is easy to manage later.
Edit a Popup
Each popup can be edited like a page section.
Open Popup Settings.
Find the popup you want to edit.
Click the Edit pencil icon.
Add or edit text, forms, buttons, images, videos, countdowns, or other elements.
Manage Popup Order and Priority
The popup list controls popup priority.
Open Popup Settings.
Drag the two-line handle beside a popup to reorder it.
Move higher-priority popups closer to the top of the list.
Click the trash icon to delete a popup you no longer need.
If multiple popups can appear in the same situation, the popup higher in the list takes priority.
Set a Popup Trigger
A popup trigger controls when the popup appears. Available trigger options include:
Delay: Shows the popup after a set number of seconds.
Exit Intent: Shows the popup when the visitor appears ready to leave the page.
None: Keeps the popup hidden until it is opened by a button, image, or text link.
To set a trigger:
Select the popup.
Open the popup settings panel.
Under Show popup on, choose Delay, Exit Intent, or None.
If you choose Delay, set the number of seconds.
Open a Popup from a Button
Buttons, images, and text can open a specific popup when clicked. To open a popup from a button:
Select the button.
Open Button Actions.
Set Link To to Open Popup.
Select the popup from the dropdown.
Use this option for calls to action such as “Book a Call,” “Claim Offer,” or “Get Started.”
Customize Popup Appearance
Each popup has its own design settings. You can customize:
Popup width
Position
Background
Overlay behavior
Spacing
Content layout
Mobile styling
Popup design settings apply only to the selected popup.
Common Issues and Fixes
The wrong pop-up appears
Check the popup order in the sidebar. Move the popup with the highest priority closer to the top of the list.
A pop-up does not appear automatically
Check the popup trigger. If Show popup on is set to None, the popup only opens when linked to a button, image, or text element.
A button does not open the popup
Check the button action. The button must be set to Open Popup, and the correct popup must be selected from the popup dropdown.
