FAQ
Can I change the currency of an existing product?
No. Once a product is created, its currency cannot be changed. Create a new product or add a new pricing entry with the desired currency.
What is the difference between a physical product and a digital product?
Physical products include shipping fields during checkout. Digital products skip shipping fields for a faster checkout experience.
What time unit does Trial Period use?
Trial Period is measured in days.
Why are duplicated products grayed out when adding them to an invoice?
Common causes include draft status, billing type mismatch, missing pricing, inactive pricing, currency mismatch, or large catalogs requiring review.
Why is a Category ID required when creating a product?
This can happen when a SaaS-related product must be created through the Agency SaaS Configurator first. Create the product in the SaaS Configurator, then import it into the account if needed.
Why did my first product disappear?
This may happen if an existing product was edited instead of creating a new one or if required fields were skipped.
