Accessing Live Sessions
Live Sessions are available directly inside the course builder.
To access them:
Open your course
Navigate to the Live Sessions section in the left sidebar
View all upcoming sessions and recordings
Schedule a Live Session
Creators can schedule both one-time sessions and recurring session series.

To create a session:
Open the course
Click Add live session
Enter session details

Common Issues and Fixes
Go Live Button Not Available
The Go Live button only appears 15 minutes before the session starts.
Verify:
The scheduled time is correct
Your timezone settings are accurate
The session has not been canceled
Learners Cannot Join a Session
Check the following:
The session is published
The learner has course access
The session is currently live
The course offer is active
Recording Not Showing
Session recordings may take several minutes to process after the session ends.
If the recording does not appear:
Refresh the page
Wait for recording processing to finish
Verify the session ended correctly
