How to Open the Consent Review

Go to AI Agents from the left navigation menu, then open the Voice AI tab. The page shows whether outbound calling is enabled.

Click Update Disclosure.


How to Review Consent Requirements

The Voice AI Outbound Calling Consent Requirements window shows assets grouped by source type. Use this screen to review which assets need updated consent language.

The review may include manual consent updates and automatic consent updates. Manual updates require you to open the asset source and update consent language there. Automatic updates can be selected and updated directly from this window.


How to Update Consent Text

Select the asset groups you want to update. Use Select All when you want Kyrios to update all eligible supported assets. Click Update Consent to apply the consent language to selected supported assets. These updates apply to new contacts collected through those sources after the update. They do not retroactively change consent status for existing contacts.


Facebook Form Consent Updates

Facebook form consent language must be updated directly in Facebook.

After updating Facebook forms, return to Kyrios and rerun the analysis to refresh the review status.


Common Issues and Fixes

The Update Consent button is disabled

The button may stay disabled until at least one eligible asset is selected. Select an asset group under Automatic Consent Update, then try again.

Facebook forms appear, but cannot be bulk updated

Facebook forms require manual updates in Facebook. Use the Update Consent option next to Facebook Forms to open the required update flow.

Existing contacts do not show updated consent

Consent updates apply to new contacts collected after the update. Existing contact consent status is not changed retroactively.
