Workflow Switcher (Advanced Builder)

Workflow Switcher lets you quickly open and navigate between workflows from the Advanced Builder without leaving your current workflow.

What Workflow Switcher Does

Workflow Switcher is a tool inside the Advanced Builder sidebar.

It allows you to:

  • View recent workflows

  • Search workflows by name

  • Open workflows in a new tab

Your current workflow remains unchanged.

How to Access Workflow Switcher

Step 1: Go to Workflows

Navigate to Automation β†’ Workflows

Step 2: Open a Workflow

Create a new workflow or open an existing one.

Step 3: Switch to Advanced Builder

Ensure the builder mode is set to Advanced Builder

Step 4: Locate Workflow Switcher

Find the Workflow Switcher icon on the left sidebar.

How to Use Workflow Switcher

  1. Click the Workflow Switcher icon

    • Or press Shift + W

  2. The panel opens with:

    • Recent workflows

    • Search bar

  1. Search or select a workflow

  2. Click the workflow to open it

  3. The workflow opens in a new browser tab

What Happens After Opening Another Workflow

  • Your current workflow stays open

  • The new workflow opens in a separate tab

  • You can switch between tabs instantly

  • You can copy and paste steps between workflows

Common Issues and Fixes

Workflow Switcher Not Visible

Cause: Not in Advanced Builder

Switch to Advanced Builder from the dropdown

Cause: Workflow not saved before switching
