What Workflow Switcher Does
Workflow Switcher is a tool inside the Advanced Builder sidebar.
It allows you to:
View recent workflows
Search workflows by name
Open workflows in a new tab
Your current workflow remains unchanged.
How to Access Workflow Switcher
Step 1: Go to Workflows
Navigate to Automation → Workflows
Step 2: Open a Workflow
Create a new workflow or open an existing one.
Step 3: Switch to Advanced Builder
Ensure the builder mode is set to Advanced Builder
Step 4: Locate Workflow Switcher
Find the Workflow Switcher icon on the left sidebar.
How to Use Workflow Switcher
Click the Workflow Switcher icon
Or press Shift + W
The panel opens with:
Recent workflows
Search bar
Search or select a workflow
Click the workflow to open it
The workflow opens in a new browser tab
