Accessing Custom Alerts
To create or manage alerts:
Go to AI Ads Manager
Click Advertise
Open an active campaign
Navigate to Optimization & Insights
Click the Alerts tab
All alert configuration is managed here.
Alert Components
Each alert includes:
1. Performance Trigger
Defines when the alert fires.
Examples:
Leads exceed target number
Cost per lead rises above threshold
Spend exceeds defined limit
Conversion rate drops below target
2. Evaluation Window
Defines the timeframe used for performance evaluation.
Example:
Over the last 2 days
Over the last 7 days
3. Notification Type
Alerts appear inside the platform.

Creating a New Alert
To create an alert:
Open Optimization & Insights
Click Alerts
Click Create Alert
Select the performance metric
Set the threshold value
Define the evaluation window
Save
The alert becomes active immediately.
