Now:
Surveys, Quizzes, and Forms all support multiple Terms & Conditions fields.
You can add as many T&C checkboxes as needed to meet compliance requirements.
This creates a consistent experience across all builders.

How to Add Multiple Terms & Conditions
Open a Survey or Quiz in the builder.
Click Add Element.
Select Terms & Conditions.
Repeat the step to add additional T&C fields as needed.
Customize the text and requirement settings for each field.
Each Terms & Conditions field can be required or optional based on your needs.
Important Notes
Each T&C field is tracked separately.
All required T&C fields must be accepted before submission.
This update applies to new and existing surveys and quizzes.

Can I add more than two Terms & Conditions fields?
Yes. There is no limit to the number of Terms & Conditions fields you can add.
Does this work the same way as Forms?
