Edit & Optimize Campaigns in AI Ads Manager

Learn how to review results, edit active campaigns, and apply AI-driven optimizations using the Results, Editor, and Optimization tabs.

Who This Is For / When to Use

This article is for users who have already launched at least one campaign in Kyrios AI Ads Manager and want to:

  • Review performance

  • Make edits safely

  • Understand AI recommendations

  • Optimize results over time

Use this section regularly after launch.

Step 1: Open Your Campaign Results

  1. Navigate to Advertise in the main menu

  2. Scroll to Recent Campaigns

  3. Click on the campaign icon you want to review

This opens the campaign’s Results view.

Results Overview Status Bar

At the top of the Results page, you’ll see a status indicator:

  • Green bar: Campaign is healthy and needs no immediate action

  • Action prompts: Issues or opportunities that may require optimization

This status updates automatically as performance changes.

Results Tab: Performance Metrics

The Results tab provides real-time campaign metrics, including:

  • Spend

  • Clicks

  • Cost per Click (CPC)

  • Click-Through Rate (CTR)

  • Reach

  • Cost per Lead

Date Range Comparison

Use the date selector to compare performance across different time ranges.

Ad Activity & History Log

The Ad Activity section shows:

  • All edits

  • Optimization changes

  • System updates

If no edits have been made, this section will appear empty.

This log is useful for tracking what changes impacted performance.

Forecast vs Actual Performance

The Forecast vs Actual chart compares:

  • Expected performance

  • Actual campaign results

This view highlights:

  • Efficiency gains

  • Budget savings

  • Performance improvements driven by AI optimization

Lead Value Calculator

The Lead Calculator helps estimate campaign value:

  1. Enter an estimated value per lead (e.g., $10)

  2. Save your input

Kyrios calculates the total estimated value generated by the campaign.

Campaign Reporting & Ad Set Breakdown

Scroll down to view:

  • Global campaign metrics

  • Individual ad set performance (if applicable)

Each ad set displays its own performance summary.

Roadmap Calendar (Performance Timeline)

The Roadmap Calendar shows performance trends over time.

This provides:

  • Ongoing performance assessment

  • Visibility into fluctuations or improvements

Recommendations Section

Click Generate Recommendations to view:

  • Campaign summary

  • Targeting analysis

  • Audience research insights

  • General optimization suggestions

Review this section regularly to improve performance.

Editor & Preview Tab

Use the Editor & Preview tab to:

  • Pause or resume campaigns

  • Edit campaign settings

  • Adjust ad sets

  • Update targeting

  • Modify creatives

Changes made here affect live campaigns.

Optimization & Insights Tab

This tab highlights what’s working best.

Best-Performing Combinations

View top combinations by:

  • Creative

  • Audience

Optimize For Me Toggles

Enable AI-powered optimization switches to allow Kyrios to:

  • Rotate creatives

  • Shift budget

  • Prioritize high-performing combinations

Creative Performance Report

See performance scores for:

  • Images

  • Videos

  • Headlines

  • Copy variations

Low-performing assets are clearly identified.

Optimization History

The Optimization History shows:

  • Past AI-driven adjustments

  • Manual changes

New campaigns may not show history yet.

Exporting Reports

Click Download PDF to:

  • Save campaign results

  • Share reports with stakeholders

  • Review performance offline

Best Practices

  • Check the Results tab daily after launch

  • Review Recommendations before making manual edits

  • Use Optimization & Insights to guide creative decisions

  • Allow time for AI optimization before frequent changes

Where should I check performance first?
