Launch Your First AI Ads Campaign

This guide explains how to launch your first campaign using the Kyrios AI Ads Manager, from platform selection to launch and optimization.

Step-by-Step Campaign Launch Process

Step 1: Select an Advertising Platform

  1. Navigate to Advertise in the left-hand menu.

  2. Select your preferred ad platform (for example, Meta).

What You’ll See After Selection

  • Left panel: Prompt input

  • Center panel: Live ad preview

  • Right panel: Forecasted audience size and projected results

Each panel updates in real time as you configure the campaign.

Step 2: Set a Campaign Goal

  1. In the top-right corner, choose your campaign objective.

Available Objectives

  • Leads: Collect contact information through forms

  • Messages: Start conversations via Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp

  • Traffic: Drive users to a website or landing page

  • Conversions: Optimize for actions like purchases or sign-ups

  • Calls: Generate inbound phone calls

Objective Recommendations

  • Use Messages for high-touch services that require consultation or support.

  • Use Leads for offers like free quotes, downloads, or gated content.

Step 3: Upload or Generate Creative Assets

  1. Open the Media Selector panel.

  2. Choose one or more creative sources:

    • Upload your own images or videos

    • AI-generated media options:

      • Website scan

      • Stock libraries

      • Text-to-image generation

      • Social media imports

  3. Select multiple creatives to allow AI testing and optimization.

  4. Confirm your selected assets to continue.

Step 4: Craft Your Campaign Prompt

  1. In the Prompt Box, describe the offer or message for your ad.

Example Prompts

  • “20% off for students”

  • “Best coffee shop in downtown Austin”

  • “Free roofing inspection this week”

How the AI Uses the Prompt

The AI combines:

  • Your prompt text

  • Brand context settings

  • Selected media

To generate:

  • Ad copy

  • Creative direction

  • Targeting suggestions

  • Campaign structure

Step 5: Generate the Campaign

  1. Click Generate.

What the AI Automatically Creates

  • Image and video ads

  • Headlines and primary ad copy

  • Optimized audience targeting

  • Suggested budget allocation

  • Campaign and ad set structure

No manual ad building is required at this stage.

Step 6: Preview and Edit Campaign Assets

  1. Review all generated ad combinations.

  2. Optional optimization tools include:

    • Smart Creative Editor for visual and copy adjustments

    • AI routers to improve Cost Per Lead (CPL)

    • Overlays, tone changes, or meme/text overlays

    • Asset regeneration using:

      • Stock media

      • Website scans

      • Uploaded files

All edits update the preview instantly.

Step 7: Customize Targeting (Optional)

AI targeting is pre-built but fully editable.

Audience Options

  • Add manual interests

  • Enable AI-assisted targeting for continuous improvement

  • Create retargeting audiences:

    • Website visitors

    • Previous ad engagement

    • Instagram followers

  • Create lookalike audiences to reach similar users

Additional Targeting Controls

  • Age and gender (recommended to keep broad)

  • Location (ZIP code to country level)

  • Language preferences

  • Device and placement settings

Step 8: Configure a Lead Form (Leads Objective Only)

  1. Select an existing lead form or create a new one.

Lead Form Components

  • Greeting message (recommended)

  • Form type:

    • Higher intent (more qualification)

    • Higher volume (more submissions)

  • Contact fields and custom questions

    • Multiple choice

    • Short answer

Best Practice

Use filtering questions to qualify leads before submission.

  1. Choose a completion action:

    • Redirect to website

    • Open social profile

    • Initiate a call

  2. Save the form. It will appear in the form selector automatically.

Step 9: Launch, Schedule, or Save

After reviewing all settings, choose one:

  • Launch Now

  • Schedule for Later

  • Save as Draft for future editing

Step 10: Monitor and Optimize Your Campaign

  1. Live campaigns appear under the Advertise tab.

  2. From here, you can:

    • Preview performance results

    • Edit creatives or ad copy

    • Launch additional ad sets

    • Optimize audiences or individual assets

The AI continues optimizing in the background based on performance data.

Tips for Best Results

  • Combine AI-generated and custom creatives for stronger testing.

  • Always use retargeting audiences once data is available.

  • Test multiple prompts and creative variations.

  • Keep visuals and tone aligned with your brand identity.

  • Allow campaigns time to learn before making major manual changes.

Common Issues and Fixes

Campaign performance is slow at launch

  • Allow 3–7 days for AI learning before adjusting settings.

Low lead quality

  • Switch to higher-intent lead forms.

  • Add filtering questions.

  • Use retargeting instead of cold audiences.

Ads rejected

  • Review copy and creatives for platform compliance.

  • Regenerate assets using different prompts or media.
