Updated over 2 months ago

Who This Is For / When to Use

This article is for Kyrios users who:

  • Already have products and prices created in Stripe

  • Want to use those products for payments inside Kyrios

  • Need to save time by importing instead of rebuilding products

Use this process any time you want Kyrios to mirror an existing Stripe product.

Prerequisites

Before importing products, the following must be true:

  • Your Stripe account is connected to Kyrios

  • The product has at least one LIVE mode price in Stripe

If Stripe is not connected, the import option will not appear.

Step 1: Confirm Your Stripe Integration

  1. Navigate to Payments > Integrations.

  2. Verify that your Stripe account shows as Connected.

If Stripe is not connected, connect it before continuing.

Step 2: Import a Product From Stripe

  1. Navigate to Payments > Products.

  2. Click Import from Stripe.

  3. In the import window, open the product dropdown.

  4. Select the Stripe product you want to import.

  5. Click Import Product & Price.

Once completed, Kyrios automatically creates the product and associated price.

What Happens After Import

After a successful import:

  • You are redirected to the product detail view

  • The imported Stripe price is attached to the product

  • You can immediately:

    • View product details

    • Add additional prices

    • Edit the product

    • Delete the product

Imported products behave the same as products created directly in Kyrios.

Supported Stripe Price Types

Kyrios supports importing the following Stripe price types:

  • One-time prices

  • Metered prices

  • Recurring prices

  • Subscription plans

Only prices created in LIVE mode are eligible.

Important Import Rules

The following rules apply to all Stripe imports:

  • Test mode prices cannot be imported

  • Prices already linked to Kyrios will not appear in the import dropdown

  • Stripe taxes, discounts, and coupons are not imported

  • Price changes made in Stripe do not sync automatically

To reflect Stripe price changes, the product must be re-imported as a new item.

Deleting an Imported Product

  1. Open the product in Payments > Products.

  2. Click the trashcan icon.

  3. In the confirmation modal, type DELETE.

  4. Confirm the action.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
