This article is for users who want to customize the appearance of their calendar booking widget by adding, changing, or removing a logo.
What the Calendar Logo Does
The calendar logo appears at the top of the calendar booking widget.
Replaces the default calendar logo.
Displays on all booking pages linked to that calendar.
Supports square or circular display styles.
Supported Logo Requirements
Your logo file must meet all of the following requirements:
File types: PNG, JPEG, JPG, or GIF
Maximum dimensions: 180 × 180 pixels
Maximum file size: 2.5 MB
If the file does not meet these limits, the upload may fail or the logo may appear distorted.
How to Add or Change a Calendar Logo
Go to Settings > Calendars.
Locate the calendar you want to update.
Click the pencil icon to edit the calendar.
Open the Meeting Details tab.
Find the Calendar logo section.
Click to upload or drag and drop your logo file.
After the upload completes, choose a display shape:
Save your changes.
The logo is applied immediately to the calendar booking widget.
Square vs Circle Logo Display
You can control how the logo appears on the booking page:
Square: Best for logos with text or full rectangular designs.
Circle: Best for icons or centered symbols.
The shape setting only affects display, not the original image file.
How to Remove a Calendar Logo
Go to Settings > Calendars.
Edit the calendar using the pencil icon.
Open the Meeting Details tab.
In the Calendar logo section, click Remove logo.
Save your changes.
The calendar will revert to showing no custom logo.
Common Issues and Fixes
Logo does not upload
Ensure the file type, size, and dimensions meet the supported requirements.
Logo looks blurry or cropped
Upload a higher-resolution image that is close to 180 × 180 pixels and centered.
Logo does not appear on booking pages
Confirm you edited the correct calendar and saved changes successfully.
