What Are Abandoned Cart Notifications
Abandoned Cart Notifications are automated emails sent to customers who add products to their cart but do not complete payment.
Each email includes:
A unique checkout link
The customer’s cart contents
Real-time pricing and inventory updates
Customers can open the link on any device to complete their purchase.
How Abandoned Cart Email Delivery Works
When enabled, Kyrios monitors checkout activity in your account.
If a customer abandons their cart:
Kyrios generates a unique checkout link
The reminder email is sent after your configured delay
The link remains valid and reflects live inventory and pricing
Delivery only occurs if Abandoned Cart Emails are enabled in Payments settings.
Enable or Disable Abandoned Cart Emails
You can turn Abandoned Cart Emails on or off at any time.
Steps
Navigate to Payments
Go to Settings
Select Notifications
Open Customer Notification
Locate Abandoned Cart
Toggle Abandoned Cart Emails ON or OFF
Click Save
Disabling this toggle immediately stops all abandoned cart reminder emails.
Configure Reminder Timing
You control exactly when the abandoned cart email is sent after checkout is abandoned.

Find Send After
Enter a value and select the time unit
Click Save
