What Email Notifications Can Be Customized
You can customize templates for the following ecommerce notifications:
Sales receipts
Order confirmation emails
Order fulfillment emails
Abandoned cart reminder emails
Each notification type can be enabled or disabled independently.
Enable and Configure Sales Receipts
Step 1: Open Receipt Settings
Navigate to Payments.
Go to Settings.
Select Receipts.
Enable Automatic sales receipts.
You can configure:
Receipt title
Receipt prefix
Starting receipt number
Customize Receipt Email Details
Step 2: Configure Sender and Subject
In the Receipts section, you can define:
From Name
From Email
Email subject line
The subject field supports dynamic variables such as company name and receipt details.
Create or Edit Email Templates
Step 3: Name or Duplicate a Template
When editing or duplicating a notification template, you’ll be prompted to assign a template name.
This allows multiple versions of templates to be managed independently.

Enable or Disable Notification Types
Each notification type (receipts, abandoned cart, fulfillment) includes a toggle switch.
Toggle ON to send emails automatically
Toggle OFF to disable that notification
Changes take effect immediately after saving.
