What Is the Client Portal

The Client Portal is a branded web and mobile experience where clients and leads can log in to interact with your account. Clients access content and actions that you choose to enable, without needing internal system access.

Clients can return at any time to view updates, documents, and progress related to their account.

Client Portal Home (Web)

After logging in on web, clients land on a personalized dashboard showing their most relevant activity.

Common elements include:

  • Recently opened groups or content

  • Course progress

  • Recent invoices and estimates

  • Contracts requiring review or signature

Client Portal Home (Mobile App)

Clients can also access the Client Portal through the mobile app. The mobile experience mirrors the web dashboard while optimizing layout for smaller screens.

Mobile access allows clients to:

  • Open groups and courses

  • Review contracts and invoices

  • Track progress on the go

App Launcher and Available Sections

The app launcher displays the applications enabled for the Client Portal. Only apps you allow are visible to clients.

Depending on configuration, clients may see:

  • Communities

  • Courses

  • Affiliates

Unavailable apps remain hidden, even if the client has access elsewhere.

Contracts and Documents

Clients can view, download, and sign contracts directly from their portal dashboard.

Contract features include:

  • Viewing pending and completed contracts

  • One-click digital signing

  • Downloading signed copies

Invoices and Estimates

The Client Portal provides a single location for financial documents.

Clients can:

  • View invoices and payment status

  • Download invoices

  • View and download estimates

Access to estimates depends on app permissions set by the account owner.

Courses and Progress Tracking

If courses are enabled, clients can enroll and track progress directly inside the Client Portal.

The dashboard shows:

  • Active courses

  • Completion percentage

  • Quick links to resume learning
