Admins only who need to structure specialized data in Kyrios.
Teams setting up Custom Objects such as properties, pets, products, or events.
Accounts that need controlled creation and lifecycle management of Custom Objects.
Permissions and Access
Admins: Can create, edit, and delete Custom Objects.
Non-admin users: Have read-only access and cannot modify Custom Objects.
Creating a Custom Object
Go to Account Settings > Objects.
Click Add Custom Object.
Result:
The Create new object modal opens.
Adding Custom Object Details
In the Create new object modal, complete the following required fields:
Custom Object (Singular)
Example:
Pet
Custom Object (Plural)
Example:
Pets
Primary Display Field Name
Example:
Pet Name
Field Type
Example: Single Line Text Field
Internal Names (Optional)
Click the
</>icon to edit internal names before creation.
Icon
Choose an icon to visually identify the object.
Custom Object Description
Short explanation of what the object represents.
Click Create Custom Object to finish.
Editing a Custom Object
From Account Settings > Objects, click an existing Custom Object.
Update editable fields such as:
Object name (Singular / Plural)
Description
Icon
Click Save changes.

Primary Display Field
Internal Names
These cannot be changed after the Custom Object is created.
Deleting a Custom Object
In the Custom Objects list, click the three-dot (ellipsis) menu next to the object.
Select Delete.
Confirming Deletion
In the confirmation modal, type DELETE exactly as shown.
Click Delete to confirm.
Deletion Warning (Critical)
Deleting a Custom Object is irreversible.
When a Custom Object is deleted, the following are permanently removed:
All object records
All associations
All custom fields
Any workflows using the object

FAQ
Who can create or delete Custom Objects?
Only admins can create, edit, or delete Custom Objects.
Can users edit Custom Object details?
No. Non-admin users have read-only access.
Can I rename the primary display field later?
No. The primary display field name is locked after creation.
What happens to workflows when a Custom Object is deleted?
All workflows using the Custom Object are permanently deleted.
Is there a recycle bin or restore option?
No. Custom Object deletion is permanent.
