Brand Voice (Text or URL) uses AI to analyze either:
A public website URL, or
A 50–100 word brand description
The system automatically generates tone, style, and messaging guidelines that you can edit after creation.
How to Create a Brand Voice from Text or URL
Step 1: Open Brand Voice Settings
Go to Marketing → Brand Boards.
Select the Brand Voice tab.
Click Add Brand Voice.
Step 2: Choose Text or URL
In the creation modal, select Text or URL.
Click Select.
Step 3: Enter Brand Details
Enter a Brand Voice Name.
Provide one of the following:
A 50–100 word description explaining your brand, or
A website URL that reflects your brand.
Click Continue.
What Happens Next
The Brand Voice is generated automatically.
It appears in your Brand Voice list.
The generated voice is fully editable and can be refined at any time.
You can set it as the default Brand Voice for AI features.
