Who This Is For / When to Use
Use this feature if you want to quickly generate a Brand Voice without manually defining tone, style, and messaging guidelines from scratch.
What This Feature Does
The Text or URL option uses AI to analyze your brand content and generate a Brand Voice profile.
You can:
Generate a Brand Voice from a live website
Generate a Brand Voice from pasted brand text
Edit and customize the generated voice after creation
Accessing Brand Voice Settings
Brand Voice is managed inside Brand Boards.
Open your Kyrios account.
Go to Marketing.
Select Brand Boards.
Open the Brand Voice tab.
Starting a New Brand Voice
You can create a new Brand Voice from scratch or generate one automatically.
Click + Add Brand Voice.
Choose Text or URL.
Creating a Brand Voice from Text or URL
Use either a short brand description or a website URL to generate your Brand Voice.
Enter a Brand Voice name.
Paste a 50–100 word brand description or enter a reference website URL.
Click Continue.
The Brand Voice will be generated automatically and opened for editing.
Editing the Generated Brand Voice
After creation, you can edit all Brand Voice fields.
You can update:
Tone and style
Messaging preferences
Writing guidelines
Changes are saved to the Brand Voice and can be reused across supported tools.
Common Issues and Fixes
Brand Voice does not generate
Ensure the description is at least 50 words
Confirm the URL is publicly accessible
Generated tone does not match expectations
Edit the Brand Voice manually after creation
Add more specific brand details to refine results

Can I edit the Brand Voice after it is generated?
Yes. All generated Brand Voices are fully editable.
Do I need both a URL and brand text?
No. You can provide either a website URL or brand text.
What happens if my website has limited content?
The Brand Voice may be less detailed. Adding brand text can improve accuracy.
Can I create multiple Brand Voices?
Yes. You can create and manage multiple Brand Voices inside Brand Boards.
Is this feature required to use Brand Boards?
No. You can still create a Brand Voice manually if preferred.
