FAQ

What happens if I update a contact who is also an affiliate?

Any updates to the contact’s name, email, or phone number automatically sync to the affiliate profile.

What happens if I import a contact that already exists as an affiliate?

The import is skipped. Affiliate Manager does not allow duplicate affiliates with the same email address.

What happens if multiple contacts share the same email address?

Only the first contact with that email address will be imported.

Is a contact created when I manually add an affiliate?

No. Manually added or uploaded affiliates do not create CRM contact records.

What happens if a contact record is deleted?

The affiliate remains in the Affiliate Manager, and historical affiliate data is preserved.
