Orders CSV Example

Improved Payment and Status Accuracy

CSV exports now clearly differentiate between what was owed and what was paid.

Amount Clarification

  • Total Amount Due
Original amount due after subtotal, discounts, and taxes

  • Total Amount Paid
Actual amount paid, including tips and processing charges

Additional Improvements

  • Payment Method included at export level (Card, PayPal, ACH, Wallet, Manual)

  • Correct handling of:

    • Partial payments

    • Redeemed gift cards (shown in Transactions CSV)

    • Invoice discounts (no negative values)

Correct Handling of Zero vs Blank Values

CSV fields now strictly distinguish between zero values and non-applicable fields.

Data Rules

  • 0 (zero) is shown only when a field exists and the value is zero
