What Multiple Chat Widgets Allow
Multiple chat widgets let you:
Create different chat designs and behaviors
Use different communication channels per page
Assign widgets at the funnel or website level
Keep one widget as default and override it where needed
Step 1: Open Chat Widget Settings
Go to Sites in the main menu.
Click Chat Widget.
This page lists all existing chat widgets.
Step 2: Create a New Chat Widget
Click + New.
Select the chat widget type you want to create.
Available chat types:
All-In-One Chat
SMS / Email Chat
Live Chat
WhatsApp Chat
Facebook Chat
Instagram Chat
Voice AI
Important Notes:
The most recently created widget becomes the default chat widget
The All-In-One Chat option can replace multiple separate widgets
Step 3: Customize the Chat Widget
Configure the widget using the following sections:
Style
Chat Window
Messaging
Agent
Adjust colors, placement, greetings, and behavior.
Preview the widget on desktop, tablet, or mobile.
Click Save.
Step 4: Publish or Get the Widget Code
After saving:
Use Get Code to install on external websites
Use Get it for WordPress for WordPress installs
Saved widgets are available for funnels and websites
Step 5: Assign a Chat Widget to a Funnel or Website
Open the Funnel or Website.
Click Settings.
Locate the Chat widget dropdown.
Select the widget you want to use.
Save the settings.
This overrides the default widget for that funnel or website.
