  • Offer multiple communication options (Live Chat, SMS, WhatsApp, AI, etc.)

  • Manage chat widgets across funnels, websites, or WordPress

What Multiple Chat Widgets Allow

Multiple chat widgets let you:

  • Create different chat designs and behaviors

  • Use different communication channels per page

  • Assign widgets at the funnel or website level

  • Keep one widget as default and override it where needed

Step 1: Open Chat Widget Settings

  1. Go to Sites in the main menu.

  2. Click Chat Widget.

This page lists all existing chat widgets.

Step 2: Create a New Chat Widget

  1. Click + New.

  2. Select the chat widget type you want to create.

Available chat types:

  • All-In-One Chat

  • SMS / Email Chat

  • Live Chat

  • WhatsApp Chat

  • Facebook Chat

  • Instagram Chat

  • Voice AI

Important Notes:

  • The most recently created widget becomes the default chat widget

  • The All-In-One Chat option can replace multiple separate widgets

Step 3: Customize the Chat Widget

  1. Configure the widget using the following sections:

    • Style

    • Chat Window

    • Messaging

    • Agent

  2. Adjust colors, placement, greetings, and behavior.

  3. Preview the widget on desktop, tablet, or mobile.

  4. Click Save.

Step 4: Publish or Get the Widget Code

After saving:

  • Use Get Code to install on external websites

  • Use Get it for WordPress for WordPress installs

  • Saved widgets are available for funnels and websites

Step 5: Assign a Chat Widget to a Funnel or Website

  1. Open the Funnel or Website.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Locate the Chat widget dropdown.

  4. Select the widget you want to use.

  5. Save the settings.

This overrides the default widget for that funnel or website.

How Default vs Page-Level Widgets Work

  • Default chat widget

    • Used automatically if no widget is selected

  • Assigned chat widget

    • Overrides the default for that funnel or website

  • Each funnel or website can use a different widget

WordPress Support

  • WordPress supports the default chat widget

  • Custom widget assignment is controlled inside Kyrios

  • Use Get it for WordPress for installation

Best Practices

  • Use All-In-One Chat to reduce widget sprawl

  • Match widget style to page intent

  • Use Live Chat on sales pages

  • Use SMS or AI on lead capture pages

  • Keep one clean default widget as fallback
